Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. Processing complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Controller
The data controller is Davor Krmpotić, Ante Kovačića 22, 51000 Rijeka, Croatia, personal ID (OIB): 34732774290, operating as Take it Easy Music.

We are not required to appoint a data protection officer, as we carry out no large-scale or systematic monitoring of individuals.
2. What we collect
This site has no user accounts, no comments and no visitor tracking. We collect data only when you contact us yourself.
Contact form
- your name
- phone number
- event date (if you provide it)
- event type and location (if you provide them)
- the content of your message
Alongside your message, our email delivery provider briefly records the time of sending and the IP address the form was submitted from, solely to prevent spam and abuse.
Server logs
The server and our protection layer record standard technical access data — IP address, browser type, requested address and time of request. These logs serve security and stability and are never used for profiling.

4. Cookies and browser storage
This site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar tools. Fonts are served from our own server, so your browser sends no request to Google servers.
We store a single entry named “tie-consent” in your browser’s local storage, recording your decision about the embedded video. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can remove it by clearing site data in your browser.
If you allow the embed, YouTube may set its own cookies at that moment. Until then, only a static thumbnail is loaded from YouTube.
5. Recipients
We never sell your data or pass it to third parties for marketing. Only processors necessary for running the site have access:
- Mailgun Technologies, Inc. — delivering contact form messages to our inbox
- Hostinger — website hosting
- Google Ireland Ltd. — email delivery to the Gmail address receiving enquiries
- Google Ireland Ltd. / YouTube — only if you allow the video embed
Some of these providers operate servers outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
6. Retention
- Enquiries that did not lead to a booking: up to 12 months from the last communication.
- Enquiries that led to a performance: until statutory business record retention periods expire.
- Server security logs: normally up to 30 days.
After that, data is deleted or permanently anonymised.
7. Your rights
At any time you have the right to:
- request access to your data and a copy of it
- request correction of inaccurate data
- request erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
- request restriction of processing
- object to processing based on legitimate interest
- request data portability
- withdraw consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal
Send requests to davor0985@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days at the latest. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.
8. Security
Traffic to the site is encrypted (HTTPS). The contact form is protected by submission rate limits and technical measures against automated messages. Only band members can access received enquiries.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last change is shown at the top of this page. For material changes we will post a visible notice on the site.
