The site presents the band and lets visitors get in touch about booking a performance.

2. The content is not an offer

Information on this site — including the description of the programme, the song list and the outline of the evening — is informative and does not constitute a binding offer.

We are bound only once we have expressly agreed the date, duration, location and fee, in writing or by another means both parties confirm.

The song list shows the repertoire the band usually performs and may change. Performing any particular song at your event is agreed separately.

3. Enquiries through the form

By submitting the contact form you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are entitled to use the phone number given.

Sending an enquiry does not oblige us to accept the booking and does not reserve the date. A date is reserved only after our express confirmation.

The form must not be used for spam, advertising, offensive content or content infringing the rights of others.

4. Intellectual property

The Take it Easy Music name and mark, along with the texts, photographs and video on this site, are protected and may not be copied, reproduced or published without our written permission.

Song titles and artist names are listed solely to describe the repertoire. They belong to their respective rights holders, and listing them implies no affiliation or endorsement.

5. Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the site available and its information accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or freedom from errors. We may change or remove content without prior notice.

6. External links and embedded content

The site links to Instagram and embeds a video from YouTube. We are not responsible for the content or policies of those services. The video loads only after your consent.

7. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for damage arising from the use or inability to use this site, except where caused by our intent or gross negligence. This limitation does not affect your mandatory consumer rights.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. Disputes fall under the competent court at the operator’s seat, without prejudice to a consumer’s right to bring proceedings at their place of residence.

We aim to resolve disputes by agreement. Consumers may also turn to alternative consumer dispute resolution bodies.

9. Changes

We may amend these terms at any time. The version published on the site at the time of your visit applies. The date of the last change is shown at the top.
